The Redesyn WordPress plugin sends conversation data to AI language model APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or Google Gemini) as configured by you. Your LLM API key is forwarded per-request through our managed engine and is never stored on our servers.
When the copilot uses its tools, WordPress site data (posts, pages, plugins, users, settings) may be included in API requests to the LLM provider. This data is processed in real-time and not stored by Redesyn.
Pro and Business licenses are validated via LemonSqueezy. Only your license key and site URL are sent for validation. No personal data is transmitted.
When you use the "build a page like [URL]" feature, our engine fetches the target URL server-side, strips all scripts and tracking, and extracts text content only. No cookies, credentials, or personal data are sent with these requests.
The plugin tracks token usage locally in your WordPress database for cost estimation. No usage data is sent to Redesyn servers.
Conversation history is stored in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab. Audit logs are stored in your WordPress database for 30 days. Uninstalling the plugin removes all stored data.
